PRIDE CAT
Pride Cat is an annual volunteer-run alleycat race and celebration hosted during Pride Month in San Francisco. We bring together LGBTQ+ riders, allies, and joy-seekers to race, connect, and raise funds for trans-affirming causes.
And this is the fifth year of Pride Cat !!
Pride Cat is a love letter to trans, nonbinary, and queer community members—on bikes and beyond. It’s not just about racing, it’s about claiming space, showing up loud and proud, coming together as a community and giving back.
Funds raised have historically supported The Transgender District and Save Lyon-Martin Health Services. In 2025, we’re exploring directing funds to a LGBTQ+ immigration/asylum support organizations. To be announced soon.

ABOUT
In a city shaped by queer resistance and biking culture alike, Pride Cat creates a space where many communities meet. The event reclaims the streets not just for racing, but for visibility, mutual care, and collective memory.
At a time when trans and queer communities continue to face systemic harm—from attacks on healthcare access to the criminalization of asylum seekers. Pride Cat offers a joyful act of defiance.
Pride Cat reminds us that building community is a form of resistance, and that joy, speed, and solidarity can all ride in tandem.
